Cancellation Policy
All deposits paid are non refundable should the customer cancel the event. Any events/hires cancelled within 30 days of the event date will still be liable for the full cost. Any events/hires cancelled by Prestige Events Wrexham for reasons which are not the customers fault will receive a full refund within 14 working days of the cancellation. If the event/hire is cancelled during the event due to guest behaviour ( violence or hate speech towards staff) or venue issues, no refund will be issued.
